Shipping Rate Questions
Why is shipping not applied automatically?
Many items are either extremely light, bulky, heavy fragile or too valuable to apply a fixed rate. TreeJam.com does the utmost to make sure that your order, whether one item or twenty, will be shipped at the most suitable option and best rate which is available at the time.Shipping worldwide also removes this option with all the added complexities expected.
How do I find the correct rate for the items in my cart?
To get the correct shipping rate is simple and handled personally. You have TWO SIMPLE OPTIONS----------- 1.= Simply email roughly the items you are looking to buy in advance of placing items in your cart. A rough guide would be 1 vase, 2 playmats, 2 covers, 4 toy buckets etc....You will then be given the shipping option to select at checkout.......OR----------2.= Simply shop and once your cart is complete you can email for the correct shipping option to select. All items will remain in your cart for 2 hours.
I live in France?
We ship regularly to Europe so please contact us and we will present you with the best options for your requirements.
Do you ship to the USA?
Of course...North America has been a popular destination for many of our producers.
Do you provide insurance?
For the UK we use insured parcels with courier services as well as standard recorded delivery with Royal Mail on light items. There is also the option for a Signature Required service for those customers that request this. This is at the rate provided by the courier service and not TreeJam.com.For worldwide deliveries, we can let you know what is available in your own country as each will vary. Indeed, many customers located in the rural USA will often state that signature required services are not required or practical. If you tell us where you are....we can agree on the best options available and acceptable.
Do I need insurance and signature required?
For light, small items sent by post, there is the option of using standard post, this, however, is at buyers acceptance of responsibility for any loss or damage. However, this has been a favourite option for keyrings, bags and other items light enough to fit a bubble envelope for customers across Europe and Asia.
